The Founder and CEO of Spade Strategic Resources, LLC (SpadeSSR), a Strategic Human Resources and Administrative Services firm that modernizes people operations, strengthens compliance, and builds resilient, high-performing teams. A 21+ year U.S. Army veteran, who has served as a Human Resources Senior Leader, Advisor, and Inspector General, experience that honed his expertise in human capital management on a global scale, risk and compliance, supervisor development, and mission-critical problem solving. He blends disciplined leadership with advanced HR technology, developing and deploying AI-driven analytics with compliance systems to deliver clear visibility, faster decisions, and measurable outcomes for a positive ROI.

His leadership philosophy was forged in complex, multinational environments. As Senior HR Advisor/Director to NATO’s Southern European Region, he built the foundation of his company during the COVID-19 pandemic in Italy, translating crisis-tested practices into scalable solutions for organizations. Additionally, recognizing delays in mental health support for veterans, service members, and dependents, he helped develop a national approach to improve access and resources, aligning policy, technology, and partnerships to drive impact.

He has also served as a senior compliance supervisor for military investigators, pioneered innovative HR solutions across multinational organizations, and earned recognition as a top performer in both military and corporate settings. Today, he partners with founders, CEOs, and HR leaders to streamline recruit-to-retire workflows, reduce compliance exposure, enable front-line supervisors, and align people strategy with business objectives. I’m passionate about connecting talented individuals with the right opportunities, ensuring every placement aligns seamlessly with both organizational culture and goals.

Throughout my career, I’ve developed and implemented effective hiring strategies, Human Resources policies, and process infrastructures that drive corporate growth. As the Director of Recruitment, I lead my team in delivering expert talent solutions tailored to meet our clients’ needs. I’m particularly proud of my ability to mentor and guide my team to consistently achieve and exceed recruitment benchmarks.

Her expertise spans federal market entry and expansion, capture and proposal readiness, procurement navigation, and partnership development across the public and private sectors. Nadine is known for building high-trust relationships, simplifying regulatory demands, and accelerating results, improving pipeline quality, strengthening win-readiness, and enhancing delivery once work is awarded. My name's Denise (She/ They), Licensed Professional Counselor, I'm a psychotherapist in Las Vegas. My therapeutic practice is founded in Collectivism and includes working with individuals, families, couples, groups, and children. I specialize in trauma prevention, intervention, and processing. We heal from the dehumanizing effects of colonization, imperialism, state-sanctioned violence, and systemic oppression. Utilizing expressive therapeutic tools such as Narrative, Art, Yoga, Play, Herbal Remedies, Visualization, Parts and Memory Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing III.

As CEO, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Director of Therapeutic Services I provide mental health using holistic and non-linear forms of healing. My specialty is in trauma processing, women’s issues, immigration cases, veteran's disability cases, and healing communities affected by strategic systemic oppression.

Hello, I’m Mr. Mark, and I am honored to serve as the Veteran Outreach Director. With 22 years of service in the United States Army, my career allowed me to fulfill a multitude of roles, but one closest to my heart was representing the 82nd Airborne Division as the face of the All-American Chorus for many years.

Bringing veterans together has always been my passion, and I dedicate myself to helping them form strong bonds, find support, and connect with resources when facing challenges. I am deeply committed to addressing the critical issue of veteran suicide and offering hope to those in need.

Some defining moments of my journey include representing the United States on the international stage during the Remembrance of D-Day in France, becoming a proud finalist on America’s Got Talent 2023, and achieving the status of Master Rated Jumpmaster while serving in the 82nd Airborne Division.

As I continue my mission as Veteran Outreach Director, I strive every day to empower the veteran community, honor our shared experiences, and provide the strength and brotherhood we deserve.
