Mr. Bryson 

CEO started his career in the U.S. Army and served 21 plus years as a Human Resources Senior Leader, Advisor, and Inspector General. Mr. Bryson started the idea of a fully operational HR and Administrative Company comprised of veterans while serving as the Senior Human Resources Advisor to the U.S. Army NATO element for NATO’s southern European region during the peak of the pandemic in Italy. Mr. Bryson's additional focus on veteran suicide increases led him to create a solution for veterans, military members, and dependents waiting weeks and even months for mental health support. This helped him critically think of a national solution.

Mr. Rhome (He/him/his) here a seasoned executive in the healthcare sector, holding a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration. Having demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing large teams across various high-pressure healthcare settings. His expertise lies in orchestrating complex administrative and clinical operations, ensuring seamless workflows.

In addition to operational roles, Mr. Rhome has extensive experience overseeing human resources, payroll, and recruitment functions of large organizations. He has successfully managed the complexities of workforce planning, talent acquisition, and compensation structures, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent. His strategic approach to HR and medical management has been instrumental in fostering positive work environments and driving organizational success.

He has a proven track record of transforming and optimizing programs, effectively addressing performance gaps, and fortifying the continuum of care for a broad spectrum of patients. His value-driven approach and strategic vision make him an influential figure in the realm of management.

Director of Human Resources

Mr. Craig

Craig is a dedicated Christian, a loving husband, and a proud father of three beautiful children. Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Craig is a 16-year veteran of the United States Army, where he served with distinction as a Senior Human Resource Officer. His responsibilities spanned various organizational levels, providing HR services and support to personnel ranging from four hundred to twelve thousand in number.

Throughout his military career, Craig demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, coaching abilities, and mentorship qualities. His commitment to service and his team was unwavering, and his impact was felt across all levels of the organization.

Craig is also a proud alumnus of Liberty University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management. He furthered his education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources. This solid educational background, combined with his extensive practical experience, makes Craig a seasoned professional in the field of Human Resources.

In all aspects of his life, Craig embodies the values of service, leadership, and dedication. Whether in his personal life or professional career, he is committed to making a positive impact and helping others reach their full potential.

Director Of Strategic Recruiting

Ms. Sonnya

Sonnya brings strategic business development experience in operations, training, and hiring across multiple organizational groups. Successfully implementing Human Resources, policies, and process infrastructure to support corporate goals. She establishes valuable relationships with internal partners and community clients to develop and deliver winning outcomes. As Director, Sonnya designs her team to deliver expert professional assignments who align with contract requirements and organizational concepts.

When the fun begins, Sonnya enjoys cooking, domestic and international travel, fishing,
reading, and outings with family and friends.

Therapy Director of Operations

Mrs. Denise

My name's Denise (She/ They), Licensed Professional Counselor, I'm a psychotherapist in Las Vegas. My therapeutic practice is founded in Collectivism and includes working with individuals, families, couples, groups, and children. I specialize in trauma prevention, intervention, and processing. We heal from the dehumanizing effects of colonization, imperialism, state-sanctioned violence, and systemic oppression. Utilizing expressive therapeutic tools such as Narrative, Art, Yoga, Play, Herbal Remedies, Visualization, Parts and Memory Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing III.

As CEO, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Director of Therapeutic Services I provide mental health using holistic and non-linear forms of healing. My specialty is in trauma processing, women’s issues, immigration cases, veteran's disability cases, and healing communities affected by strategic systemic oppression.

A little about me. I am a Flagstaff, Arizona-raised Veteran who enlisted in the United States Army right out of High School. Where I proudly served for over 9 years honorably as an Infantryman Leader. I Love to hunt and spend time outdoors with my family. I have a very personal drive to reach out and help my fellow Soldiers and veterans. 

As veterans we often find ourselves alone after leaving service, that’s where my team and I are here to help you find that brother or sisterhood and comradery after your service ends.
