Location: Remote

Duties:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
  • Partner with corporate and site managers to obtain and confirm search requests that clearly indicate key responsibilities, requirements, environmental conditions, compensation, target audience (internal and/or external), timeframes, etc.
  • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
  • Manage job postings in various systems, track and analyze data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.

Specialized Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., Zoom, Skype)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)

Evaluation Criteria:

  • Candidates will be evaluated based on their resume, cover letter, and interview performance.
  • The ability to demonstrate a high level of service delivery.
  • The ability to interact comfortably and effectively with both internal and external clients.
  • The ability to maintain a consultative approach in dealing with issues and providing solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting
  • Experience conducting Executive Interviews
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Physical Requirements:

This is a virtual position, so there are no specific physical requirements. However, the candidate must have a suitable home office setup with a reliable internet connection. The candidate must also be able to work in a seated position for extended periods and be comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

 

*Contractor Position*

Location: Alexandria, VA (Hybrid - Remote and On-site)

Duties:

  • Partner with corporate and site managers to obtain and confirm search requests that clearly indicate key responsibilities, requirements, environmental conditions, compensation, target audience (internal and/or external), timeframes, etc.
  • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
  • Manage job postings in various systems, track and analyze data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Attend Virtual or on-site meetings and events as required.

  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., Zoom, Skype)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

This is a hybrid position, so the candidate must be able to work both remotely and on-site. The candidate must have a suitable home office setup with a reliable internet connection. The candidate must also be able to work in a seated position for extended periods and be comfortable using a computer for various tasks. On-site work may require the ability to move around the office and interact with team members in person.
