Core Values S.I.T
About Us
We are an established combat veteran, minority-owned Human Resource (HR) company based in Virginia and the District of Columbia (DC). We strive to employ top candidates, veterans, and family members of veterans, enabling them to operate within remote environments across the nation. Our company boasts a team of experienced, talented, and trained individuals whose skills are the solution to any company’s needs. Additionally, we provide specialized and tailored human resources support groups with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, dedicated to meeting any company’s critical needs or supporting a company’s HR departments with a multitude of administrative tasks. We also offer payroll, recruitment, and Microsoft-partnered services.
We aim to alleviate veteran suicide rates and address military spousal employment deficiencies throughout our country. Veterans, military members, and dependents with mental health needs often experience severe delays in treatment, leading to a rise in suicides. This has called us into action to help create solutions.
The support we provide will critically aid in fulfilling any company’s needs and shortfalls while utilizing various services. SpadeSSR represents the birth of a new generation of HR business solutions with AI capabilities.
Sponsor funding will be utilized to build additional support systems for our service members, veterans, and family members. SpadeSSR’s Veterans Strategic Resources department will accept donations and funding from gracious sponsors and donors who wish to help us maintain support and make a positive change for our veteran community.
SpadeSSR’s Mission Statement
Our primary mission is to employ top candidates, veterans, and family members of veterans, offering them the opportunity to work in a remote or hybrid environment. SpadeSSR aims to address two critical issues: “Veteran Suicide Rates,” supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Suicide Prevention Program outlined in VHA Directive 1160.07, and “Military Spousal Employment Deficiencies,” assisting with the Military-Connected Strategic Plan for FY 2024-2028 released by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). By providing specialized HR services and tailored support groups, we strive to alleviate the challenges faced by veterans and their families, particularly in terms of Mental Health Therapy Treatments and Employment Opportunities, through donations and residual income.
