Spade Strategic Resources, LLC (SpadeSSR) is a combat veteran-owned business and a proud Microsoft partner, specializing in providing comprehensive virtual services across Human Capital, Recruitment, Payroll Operations, Advisory Services, Various Training, Veteran Support Services, Teletherapy Services, and Federal Support Services. As veterans, our deep understanding of the unique needs of state and federal services allows us to deliver tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Our primary mission is to employ top candidates, veterans, and family members of veterans, offering them the opportunity to work in a remote or hybrid environment. SpadeSSR aims to address two critical issues: “Veteran Suicide Rates,” supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Suicide Prevention Program outlined in VHA Directive 1160.07, and “Military Spousal Employment Deficiencies,” assisting with the Military-Connected Strategic Plan for FY 2024-2028 released by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). By providing specialized HR services and tailored support groups, we strive to alleviate the challenges faced by veterans and their families, particularly in terms of mental health treatment and employment opportunities, through donations and with residual income.
